Lavender Light Fabric / Lavender and Flax Seed Hot and cold Pack

Our Lavender and Flax Seed Hot/Cold Packs are compartmentalized to keep the flax from sliding to one side. These are approximately the regular size pack is 5.5 inches wide and 20 inches  long The Longer version is 5.5 inches by  22.5 inches long. We use minky or soft n comfy fabric on the back side.

To heat, place on the microwave turntable and heat for one minute. Take it out of the microwave and move the flax seed around and place back in for another minute.

To cool, place in ziploc bag and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

These bags are spot clean only.
