Lavender Neck and Eye Pillow hot/cold pack set

This set includes a neck hot cold pack filled with flax seed and lavender and an eye pillow also filled with flax seed and lavender. 

This heat pack is approximately 5.5 inches wide and 20 inches long.  We use minky or soft n comfy fabric on the back side

For freezing, place either pack in a zip closure bag and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

For heating:
Neck - place in microwave (turntable style only) for 1 minute increments, with a max up to 3 times (max 3 minutes total heating time) 2 one minute intervals is usually sufficient. Overheating may burn the bag.

Eye pillow - place in microwave (turntable style only) for 30 minute increments, with a max up to 2 times (max 1 minute total heating time) 2 thirty second intervals is usually sufficient. Overheating may burn the bag.
